Apr. 09, 2018
Lake Elsinore, CA: Key Data Systems, an industry leader in educational psychometric services and standards-based assessment, announced today that it has acquired Progress Testing, Inc. Founded in 1999, Progress Testing supports over 300 K-12 school districts in Florida, Georgia, and Texas by providing assessment items and content to support today’s demanding College and Career Readiness Standards. Recently, Key Data Systems also acquired assessment content provider Fluence LLC. The combination of all three entities will provide the over 12 million students they collectively serve with access to even more industry-leading assessment content to inform instruction.

With the acquisition, Key Data Systems reinforces its pledge to provide teachers informative and accurate assessment tools to promote college and career success for all students. “It’s uncanny how our products complement each other,” states Christine Willig, Key Data Systems CEO. “Even more encouraging is how the Progress Testing team shares our passion to increase the learning potential of all students. After connecting over that passion, we knew that by joining forces, we could reach more students together.”
